   I absolutely love this store so much. Every time I come in the staff are so helpful and supportive I literally went in stressed cause I have nothing to wear for a job interview and the girls did everything they could to help me and I ended up buying my favourite outfit I’ve ever worn so thank you ruby for designing the coolest clothes and thank you for hiring people who want to help and care about their customers cause it really makes a huge difference. Thank you thank you thank you. Keep on doing what you do because I adore everything you guys make and thank you so much to the girl who helped me pick out my outfit you made me feel so confident and happy! And I got the job :) and continue to get compliments on my outfit cause I wear it every week lol

   I have had the worst experience with Ruby. Purchased an item and it was faulty, but they refused to fix it, even though another staff member told me someone else had also experienced this issue so they would fix it. It's overpriced for cheap quality fabric. While the manager was super lovely, they took almost 6 weeks to come back to me. Disappointed and won't be going back.

   It’s difficult to find stores that make beautiful dresses, cater to a large variety of sizes and have excellent staff but this store is one of them. Jess was both warm and welcoming while helping me find dresses in my size. Although I didn’t purchase anything on this occasion I will definitely be coming back and spending my money here in future.
