I was at this branch last week. I had a question about their retail services, and the person I spoke with, who turned out to be the manager, was very unfriendly and rather rude.
The lousiest clothing brand. They don’t respond to emails or live chat. I’ve contacted them numerous times regarding a return and refund but they never get back to you. I wonder if this is just a tactic they use to avoid processing refunds.

Today I visited the Max store at st lukes mall with my husband and two year old son, we were alone in the store that time as other customers left and the store lady locked the glass door, as I came out of the trial room she was looking at us very weirdly, I didn’t feel good and I didn’t buy anything and proceed to leave but still she was staring at us suspiciously, We didn’t realise that she has closed the glass door and my two year old ran towards it and he hit his head and fall backwards on his head so hard, he got a such a big bump on his head, than that stupid witch unlocked the door, we got scared and left as my son was crying so bad and we took him to hospital as he developed swelling, I am a regualr customer at max, this is really disappointing and we have decided not to visit this store again the lady was really rude and she didnt even made any effort to apologise, such a rude staff member , suggest the senior management to chk the footage if need be. - (1st april, 2024 around 5 pm) she has no right to lock any customer inside……………….
Fabulous to be able to shop once, buy what you need for the season, and then use Afterpay. All in one go, then pay off over 8 weeks! Way to go for me. I dont have much time to shop!
Lovely staff member helped me find the perfect black blazer this morning, exactly what I had been looking for, right when I was about to give up shopping. Helped me straight away, and I was in and out within 5-10 minutes. You made my day!
Max appear to have really upped their game and have a lovely range of comfortable smart clothing now. Well worth a look and the staff are really helpful and will scout around other stores for you for additional sizes and colours. They also follow up with a phone call to let you know when product has arrived and how you would like to receive it. They are extremely helpful.
