I was really impressed by the quote I was provided which covers all 3 self employed jobs I have, carrying goods and passengers while, providing a services. The cost is a whole lot more manageable and affordable for me. My previous insurance (brokers) increased when I wanted to add in Uber. I have had decent support and services from Janssen Insurance. It took a while for my Insurance to get settled, i.e get the work completed but was eventually done. There were a few factors to it so can't totally blame them for the delay. However, I am looking forward for the settlement amount that is supposed to come my way from the offender. Their claim processing is the best in class. They understand your concern and work promptly on your request. My claim was processed within a day with no hassel. Plus everything is online so you dont have to go back and forth over the phone, just type in your message on their claim processing form and the representative will take care of it. PS- want to mention Quinn, he was so patient and understanding, he made my processing so easy and also helped me with non insured claims. What a service will definitely recommend everyone.

Extremely Dissatisfied - Terrible Service and Unfair Decision! I am utterly appalled by the abysmal treatment I received from Janssen Insurance. They have shown a complete lack of empathy and understanding in handling my stolen vehicle claim, and I am left feeling betrayed and let down by their ridiculous reasoning. My car was stolen and subsequently damaged, which should have been covered under my insurance policy. However, to my dismay, they have declined my claim citing the absurd reason that the car engine was turned on at the time of theft! Are they seriously suggesting that a simple human mistake of leaving the engine on is enough reason to deny a valid claim? This is preposterous and downright insulting! Insurance exists precisely because we acknowledge that human error is inevitable, and accidents can happen to anyone. Yet, Janssen Insurance seems to forget this fundamental purpose of their business. If everyone was perfect and mistakes never occurred, why would anyone even need insurance in the first place? Their decision reflects a complete lack of accountability and an eagerness to escape their responsibilities. It is clear that they care more about preserving their profits than providing genuine support to their policyholders. What's the point of paying premiums diligently if they abandon their clients when they need help the most? I trusted Janssen Insurance to be there for me in times of need, but they have demonstrated a shocking level of incompetence and negligence. They have left me to deal with the financial burden of a stolen and damaged vehicle, which is both distressing and unjust. I strongly advise anyone considering Janssen Insurance to think twice. Their disregard for their customers and their callous handling of claims make them a company to be avoided at all costs. I will be actively seeking an alternative insurance provider that values its clients and fulfills its promises. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed and disheartened by the pitiful service and unprofessional behavior exhibited by Janssen Insurance. I hope my negative experience serves as a warning to others, so they don't have to endure the frustration and heartache I have faced dealing with this company.
