    2-3 weeks after the accident. Workshop sent quote to insurance company and they still havent responded. Save your trouble go with someone else.

    I would give less stars but can't and say how poor your customer service is! Which is disgusting. Trying to set up a new policy and 2 mths on still no policy. Well not with your company.

    Excellent service staff very accomodating and efficient allows me to take my car to my preferred repairer and claim was sent thru and work started

    Excellent to deal with our boundary fence blew down in cyclone Gabrielle it only took one phone call to Lantern assessor came out with 2 weeks and paid out within 3 weeks. Our poor neighbours are with Tower and still waiting for a outcome and spent endless hours on the phone getting no results. In the end they put up a bad review about Tower and someone called them to say their claim is with the assessor and no outcome. So thank you to Lantern for your amazing service you get 5 stars.

    I dealt with a delightful lady called Vivienne regarding an Auckland flood claim. She could not have been more efficient, empathetic or professional. Bravo Lantern. A seamless process and a truly excellent staff member who should be recognised.

    What has happened to you guys?? I've been a client for 27 years and you used to be great. Now, when I email you tell me you'll take up to THREE WEEKS TO REPLY!!!!!!!!! Are you Serious? And when I call, I spend literally HOURS on hold. I'm sorry but you guys are about to lose ALL our business not just the new car. The 3 houses, the boat, the other 4 cars... they're all going elsewhere very soon. Up your game for goodness sake. You're a business!!!
