They are no longer at this address despite it still being printed on the back of the card to call: so frustrating! Additionally their 0800 number also no longer works on Saturdays. Your are a multi-million dollar a year business. You should do better NZPost - your customers deserve better

We were told that we'd receive a pkg item needed for a ceremony this weekend (literally being delivered from across town) that was three days ago and these people are just saying it's still being processed and refusing to give a specific delivery date! Horrible service , difficult to contact! Will be letting our colleagues know not to use this delivery service due to the unreliable and standard service
I had a package that didn't arrive at it's destination so I investigated into it and came back to this depot where I initially dropped off the package. The team that served me prior to my visit (the week before) felt so bad and said that they tried multpile ways to contact me to explain why the package didn't arrive. It was a legitimate reason, as to why it didn't arrive though. Overall I was very happy with how they dealt with the situation...well done to the team.

. (03/2018) CourierPost is a courier service of NZ Post. This branch is well located over Rosebank road and can be easily spotted on the roadside from a moving vehicle in normal traffic. Convenient location and easily accessible. Well managed and nicely maintained. Customers are allowed to collect the deliveries from the reception after providing the identity proof. Good ambience. Helpful and friendly staff. Fast and efficient service. In case delivery at your address is missed because of your absence or no response to door knock, due to their protocol, deliverer will not call your phone to check and leave a 'Call to Collect' card at the doorstep or mailbox. Card as well as cash payments are accepted at this branch. Spacious parking area with ample parking space. Wheelchair parking is available and there is wheelchair accessible entrance.
Every time I missed the drop at home, then I have to come here. I think the team here try their best to serve the customer, as long as you have the ticket. Came here once without the ticket and they did not able to help much. Kinda expecting this since you dont want somebody else who you not knowing to check on the items delivered to you. Parking is easy, always got one free at least.
