   this message is for pool manager. If a child is autistic or has special needs, it would be more appropriate and fair to provide them with a dedicated instructor or a separate session to ensure they receive the support they require. At present, one autistic child in the group is receiving the majority of the instructor’s attention. this results in the remaining children receiving very limited time often less than ten minutes each. Each child pays approximately $25 per class, this seems very unfair. Many parents work hard to enrol their children so they can learn proper swimming and not to simply stand in the water without proper instruction. I respectfully request that make necessary adjustments to ensure reasonable time for every child. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

   Attended my two adult swimming classes yesterday, and I had so much fun. The classes started and ended promptly, and the instructors were very nice, friendly, and helpful. Communication via email and other social media platforms were up to date.

   We are so impressed with Nathan (Kelston swimming pool) my son's instructor. He communicates very well, where my son needs to improv, or do better. He is there always to talk to each child calmly, encpurage them. This what you want when your child is being taught - whether it be swimming, or anything for that matter.....

   Very disturbing experience here. Used force, coercion and they seem to thinks it’s okay to dunk children. Told my child “no tears!!” as she bawled her eyes out in distress. As my child cried and pleaded for me they told me to stay away and not give in and they just kept forcing her to participate while she endured this very traumatic experience. One instructor completely belittled and patronized me when I very diplomatically asked if they could be gentler with my child; I was told “well she’s going to have to get over it at some point”. This whole experience did far more harm than good as my child was left very afraid of the water. Completely unacceptable, swimming is such an important skill and it’s a terrible shame that this put my daughter off it altogether. I don’t blame her. Strongly do NOT recommend.

   Went swimming here as a small kid for many years. They have an excellent pool which is always well chlorinated and warm. The instructors are great with well designed lessons. The changing rooms are also always clean. The public are always nice and there are never any unsavoury characters there. The levels programme is great there. You must master all strokes of that particular level and only then you progress to the next, which usually adds new strokes and for longer. I got up to swimmer 800 and every step was amazing. Very fond memories, highly recommend. 5 stars!
