Our family loves Wilton Playcentre! The kids have such a great sense of belonging. As a parent, I get massive emotional support and have made friends for life. I work 4 days a week and really look forward to my playcentre day where we get to hang out with our friends and do cool stuff.
Things I ❤️about Wilton Playcentre: Offers a rich learning environment for children, helps them foster good relationships, and develop their independence. An inclusive, diverse, and supportive community. A place for parents to learn from and alongside one another. Children are respected as individuals, encouraged to express themselves and pursue their own interests, offered positive guidance, and are instilled with respect for, and curiosity about, the natural world.
My children have grown up to be confident curious learners in this Early Childhood Center. I have learnt strategies to better support their learning and we have all found a lovely space to enjoy each other while playing and learning together. Other Playcentre families have become our "tribe" and have supported us in many ways. We love our Playcentre!
Great community early childhood centre. Wilton Playcentre has been an awesome place for both me and my children to grow, learn and play together. Super friendly people, free adult education and amazing indoor and outdoor space.
We love playcentre! I love our Wilton playcentre because we have so much space to play outside, we are so close to Otari Wilton bush, and we are in a sunny spot. On rainy days, I very much appreciate that the centre is a lot bigger than my own home. My kids love being able to make lots of mess, play with heaps of friends, and toys, and make so much art and construction.
Our children LOVE Wilton Playcentre! They are free to explore and learn at their own pace. Playcentre is a great community of families that are very supportive. We have had many wonderful experiences there and made some lovely friends.
