   I had an outstanding experience with Mark and his team. I travelled from New Plymouth specifically to use their services and they went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless. They handled all the arrangments with the insurance company, taking the stress off my shoulders and got the repairs done in the shortest possible time.    I imported my caravan from Queensland and I needed some urgent work to make it compliant with VTNZ and to convert it to NZMCA self contained standards. Needless to say Mark and his team, assessed the situation, parked my van up (and connected it to mains power to enable my fridge/freezer)… throughout the service they kept me informed, even handling my NZMCA Membership.    In a predicament when the campervan gas stove starting acting up, MJ's were very accommodating and looked at it straight away. They quickly established a faulty LPG regulator and replaced it. Staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Turns out Mark actually helped design Kea motorhomes/campervans so was able to give fantastic information on other wee niggles I had. Location is excellent, a very easy 10 minute drive from the motorway. Highly recommend their services and I for one will definitely be returning whenever I need work carried out on my campervan.

   Phoned up MJ's RV Service Centre and spoke to Mark regarding my satellite dish that was damaged in cyclone. He diagnosed the problem with it, it wasn't repairable as discontinued model. He helped with making a quote so I could give to my insurance company. Insurance company was happy with the quote from MJ's and was booked in and installed in a day, am pleased as up and running watching TV. Great job from the team at MJ'S

   Refurbished my Toyota hiace and added the shower, toilet and self containment based as per new rules. Even though it’s a new business, the guys did a wonderful job. I found out that they worked before for Action manufactory bush road. I would definitely come back for services.
