I am so impressed with the service and turn around for my straighteners to be fixed. I package them at the post office on the Tuesday and received a text by Wednesday midday to say they had been fixed and then they were sent back to me and arrived with me Thursday morning. Amazing service!

I live in Tasmania, Australia and I am used to waiting an eternity for deliveries, even within Australia, but I was pleasantly surprised to receive my order in good time. My wife has had GHD's ever since I've known her. When the current 12 year old one died suddenly I decided to check if anyone could fix it. Found Ross online and was impressed with his promise to repair and return ASAP. He duly fixed and returned as promised with a travel pouch which my wife has never had. Wow this level of service is only something we can imagine and rarely enjoy. Highly recommended to all especially those who can't live without there GHD for a day!!!!!!
I have dropped my Beret clippers for repair on a Saturday, the following Monday i was told what the problem was and there where no spare parts available and no possible ETA either. I asked Ross to keep it there, 2 weeks later he texted that the spare parts have arrived and how much it would be to repair. I had the repair done and the the clippers where back with me within 3 days via courier. Amazing service and great communication. I will definitely use him again thanks Ross.
