   Susan is Fantastic, Wabbit Frosty was so relaxed while being groomed. He just layed back in her arms and was very content. Susan was has a wealth of knowledge a ton of experience and genuinely cares about animal welfare.

   This is not your woke make my bun pretty place, this is a place that actually cares about whats best for the bunnies. Not how good they look as accessories. If you are after that kind of thing get one of those handbag dogs. Not a bunny. My bun was in desperate need of a good clean and trim as she previously had tilt head so can't clean herself fully. She hates to be held so no way i can do it properly, but as soon as we turned up she was putty in Susie's hands! Now have a nice clean bun who is loving life again. I Was able to pick Susie's brains and now have confidence of what bunnies need for a good life, and if I ever have any doubts Susie is only a call away! This lady was obviously a bunny in a previous life she knows them inside out. 100% recommend if you need any help with your bunnies! Susie also rescues bunnies too with all proceeds from grooming going towards the little fluff balls if that doesn't melt your heart just seeing how happy they all are there will do. If you can, please support this lady the world needs more like her!

   I took my young bunny for a shave, he wasn’t in great shape from the breeder to be fair and all matting was removed. However he doesn’t look too sharp and was in bad shape once I got him home, shaking, wouldn’t eat and few nicks. It’s a hard task I understand but also understand that shouldn’t happen after a groom. All boarding and rehoming there looked a good set up and lady was friendly and helpful at the time.

   I wouldn't trust anybody else in look after my precious Angora Rabbit, Professor Wabby. Susie is the kindest, most knowledgeable expert on rabbits I have ever come across. My Angora Rabbit came away from a 5 night stay so happy and healthy and I couldn't be more delighted. Susie truly cares about all rabbits and treats her visiting rabbits like her own. She has helped me when I have needed advise and has always been so incredible to me. I also have gotten Professor Wabby groomed by Susie multiple times and she does an amazing job with my boy who is quite the character. Susie also noticed on my first visit that my poor boys claws were infected from the place I rescued him from, and without her I would have never known he was in pain. Susie is truly a Rabbit Whisperer and the best in the business! Couldn't recommend her enough! Thank you Susie!

   Words can not describe how amazing this place is, Susie is honestly a bunny whisperer, and has plenty of experience in what she does and more! Great advice as well. She does an amazing job at grooming bunnies and just her ambition and the passion she has with bunnies is insane. I would def recommend every bunny owner to go to her.!!
