I needed to tile my kitchen walls and received fantastic advice from Mu Cheng. At first I thought I needed a feature wall, but with the pics I brought in, I took their advice for tiles that would look good, be easy to clean and maintain. I am so happy with the results.
I have been dealing with Tile Trends for nearly 2O years now and in that time I have always received great service. Jason and Sharon are amazing and always greet my team and I with a welcoming smile and a bonus coffee and home baking. Highly recommended for trades or even that small tiling job. I have dealt with Marion Street Tile Trends Wellington over the last 12 months through the planning, waiting, delays (Covid, Build, not tiles) and delivery of my rebuild. I have found Sharon and Jason helpful, friendly and just generally easy to deal with throughout this process. My tiles had to be transported to the middle of the South Island, and this was no problem for them to organise. I am super-impressed at how beautiful my tiles look in situ, and would recommend this team any day. Thanks guys.
Such great customer service from Sharon and Jason. I went into the store not having a clue what I wanted and they were so helpful and knowledgeable. Really pleased with what they helped me choose. Highly recommend.
Appalling service from Tile Trends especially from the sales manager Ben. We ordered 6-7 boxes of tiles that were all labeled correctly as per our order. As it turned out one of the boxes has a slightly different colour or tone in the box that was not discovered until the tiles were grouted and finishes. Tile Trends have told me it was not their problem and it was the tilers fault. Im scratching my head to figure out how TT can accept no responsibility for this. We ordered the tiles in good faith. All tiles were correctly marked as per the order and invoice but one box had a different tile in it. I understand that it would be a supplier issue but I purchased off TT and not the distributor. The arrogance of the sales manager in simply sending me the consumer guarantees act has left me extremely disappointed I would NOT recommend this company. shocking customer service.
These people are a real joy to do business with. We were looking for a specific colour of red tile that appears to be limited & expensive . The staff member who was behind the counter acknowledged me as soon as I entered with eye & voice contact. She knew her stock, how long it would take to arrive or to manufacture and we took a couple of possible alternative tiles to the natural light for consideration & photographing. I took the cheaper alternative sample out to see what it looked like in situ. In the end we've decided to go with highlights of the expensive tile she first showed us.
