   Firstly I have to say that the salon entrance is NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE. Not unless your wheelchair CAN CLIMB A LARGE STEP. I have had my Hair cut before outside in the car park which I didn’t mind the wheel from my home. I paid $60 for a dry cut in the car park which I didn’t mind it was lovely to get it done. When I rang this week to rebook I was told that they were all booked out for this week so I rang back and asked if they were available the following week and I was told no then I said what about the week after and that was still a no. This was on a Saturday which I appreciate I appreciate is a busy day, but I was willing to wait a few weeks and a time to suit them. I can only go on a Saturday because that is when I have CAREGIVER To help get up. I also have a family member for that day that could help Then the truth came out. The person whom I think is the owner said to me that she did no longer have any time to come out and cut my hair in the car park because it will take it away from the customers inside. So From that I took it to mean that if you are getting your hairstyle inside she’s going between customers and taking one bit of here and another bit of someone else? That is acceptable, as might have to look at a colour on someone. But to say she didn’t have time to pop out for 10 minutesI was not very happy . That is time to cut my hair in the past.I considered wether I should write this review because there are some in this community that don’t like local businesses being put down and I didn’t want any slack. But to be true to myself and to my Google reviews I have to post this. There are salons over in the hutt that will come to my home but it makes it very pricey with milage which I expect to pay. Still if that’s the way I’ve gotta go I will do it.

   Had my first haircut and foil at Salon 91 and loved it. The atmosphere is very relaxe and friendly. They is very professional. The color turned out even better that i wanted. The shampoo was very relaxing and love the haircut. Thank you very much. I've just found my new salon.
