The worst company ever! I was told that they'd deliver the balik Bayan box after I sent the payment. After a month still no box, then I had told them that I desperately need it since I'm going to the Philippines for a holiday in Jan but still they didn't drop off the box. In the end I have to find some other company because BM express Wellington is useless and does not deliver the service that they promised!
