   Excellent first experience with Freighthub. After getting quotes of $800+ for 2 pallets from Christchurch to Paraparaumu from Mainfreight etc I was at first a little skeptical of the Freighthub quote of $126 per pallet. However I took the plunge and booked it through them. Not only did they pick up within 5 hours from our warehouse but they delivered it to the customer in the north island the next day in only 23 hours total transit time. Excellent email responses from them with ticketing info and nice to not have to go through all the credit application process too.Will definitely be using them again for bulk freight.

   I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Freighthub. The initial online quote for my freight was a reasonable $277. However, after arranging for pickup at the local depot instead of my residence, the price inexplicably skyrocketed to a staggering $852. This drastic and unexpected increase in cost has left me with a significant mess to sort out. Both my customer and I were under the impression that the freight price was affordable based on the initial quote. This experience has caused considerable inconvenience and financial strain. I strongly urge potential customers to exercise caution when considering Freighthub for their freight forwarding needs. The lack of transparency and consistency in their pricing is concerning and can lead to unexpected complications.

   Marketing does not live up to reality. Overnight deliveries 2 days late and no explanation as to why or communication as to non delivery.
