   Just got off the phone with a "Lawyer" who is going to look into my contract with Fisher and Paykel. Um, never sent one. Not sure what she's looking into. This area of the law isn't her specialty. I sent no emails or papers so not sure whose papers she's looking at. Meeting was a first time phone call, lol. She advised me I would not get a refund from F&P. I gave her no documents and never sent via email. LOL. Called consumer protection who told me the exact opposite. Because my replacement freezer was faulty 3 times I can get a refund. Note the word replacement, is because F&P said due to the first freezer over icing, it would cost more to repair so I got a replacement instead, free. 8 months old. Haier Freezer. Replacement is icing over as well, 8 months after the fact. Asking for a refund. Thanks to Consumer Protection. "Lawyer" told me to complain to the commerce commission who doesn't get involved with consumer disputes, lol. Again, thank you Consumer Protection. Haier freezer model I brought is faulty looking at facebook posts of people having the same issues as me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- CLC is a hit and miss. Get lawyers who understand Tenancy Tribunal, and those that don't. Only come across 2 lawyers that we're brilliant. As for the rest, literally didn't do their due diligence. Missed out on a rehearing at Tenancy Tribunal after reception gave the case to the wrong lawyer who I didn't ask for. Then when the lawyer who was dealing with my case got the case, never heard back from her despite my ongoing calls to CLC. As a result, couldn't apply for a rehearing.

   I've got to tell you that this place is one of the best places I have been to for advice and help when you don't know where to turn and you need to navigate the legal landscape and you don't have money and you really need help this place is really exceptional I can't say enough about this place the treatment I have been given from Isabelle first and then Helen was exceptional and still is I am currently using their services but I feel that they are really out to help people there are so many lawyers out there that you don't find that they are hungry enough to help you or they just want more money to do anything however I have found the complete opposite with these people hats off to you that's why I'm giving you a five-star rating I can't say any more than good things about you Helen ❤️

   Went there for legal advice But only get referral to other paid lawyer. Inpatient and not bothered to hear my case. The whole conversation is less than 3 minutes.

   No one bothers to serve at reception.And the legal officer does not even listen to the whole story and makes conclusion.Very unprofessional service.I had to just walk out because I was not getting anywhere with the conversion.
