   Our family has received legal advice and services from Thomas and Co. for over 10 years. The duration of our engagement has lasted this long because the outcomes have been favourable; we have not been disappointed and we trust John. It is common for the Chinese community to seek lawyers that can speak their native language. However, I have found the quality of Chinese speaking lawyers to be average. Our family has been so impressed with John’s competence and verbal fluency that we have continued to use him for a range of legal matters. These include property, employment, commercial, wills and trusts. In particular, Deborah is probably one of the most thorough and customer-focused legal executive in NZ. She has highlighted to us (on numerous occasions) vital information and key considerations that can ultimately influence our final decision when purchasing a property.    Highly recommended, we have been with John and the team for many years. The level of detail and coverage of potential risks in property transactions is the best we have experienced, everything is transparent, smooth and happy to say the service & experience offers great value.    Since 2013, I’ve dealt with John, Deborah and Danielle across property sales/purchases, wills, commercial property agreements and other matters requiring legal advice. Would highly recommend all three, as they are all professional, very capable and responsive. I’m a customer experience professional, and note that generally business that operate in highly sensitive areas (medical, law) have many happy clients that don’t want to be identified, thus less reviews/high ratings. Sad to see in this case, there seem to be many fake reviews also.
