   I’d like to share some positive feedback for Dr. Charlene. She did an outstanding job on my root canal. Throughout the entire process, she was caring and attentive, taking the time to listen carefully to my concerns and explain each step clearly. Her skill, knowledge and professionalism were evident every step of the way. Now, six months on, it’s impossible to tell I ever even had a root canal - the result is seamless.    Like many, I don't like going to dentists, but finally I have found Opal Dental. They are very caring, from the dentists to all of the staff. The prices are very reasonable too. The thing I like most is that they truly care about you. They are knowledgeable and will do the very best for you. If I ever move from here I will continue to use Opal Dental, wherever I am!

   My 5-year-old daughter was crying with tooth pain. Being new here in NZ, it was difficult for me to look around for a dentist late in the afternoon. I searched on Google, and most dental clinics I was referred to were closed at the time. So I had no option but to call Opal Dental and ask if they could accommodate my daughter since she was in pain. I left my contact with the receptionist, and she said she would get back to me after checking with the doctor, as they were fully booked for the day. I received a call 5 minutes later, telling us we could come in straight away. Dr. Charlene looked at my daughter and felt sorry for her as she continuously cried. She had her own way of dealing with my daughter, and it worked. After assessing her pain and checking her teeth, she was adamant about getting it fixed. She understood what my daughter was going through. She made my daughter wear glasses to prevent her from seeing the needle, and her technique was just unique. She was very polite, attended to our needs, and was very accommodating. We would not have made it through the night if it weren't for her. I would definitely recommend her to any of my family members and friends. I would definitely go back should I require her service.❤️❤️❤️❤️

   I’ve been coming here for 15 years. Started out with the incredible Dr Wong and progressed on to the amazing Dr Charlene.    I had severe pain and could not be seen by my usual dentist. I saw Opal Dental driving home, and took a chance. I was surprised that they actually fitted me in, for which I am immensely grateful. The receptionist was kind and empathetic and the dentist was extremely skillful and professional, and it is just a lovely clinic overall.    We were recommended to Opal Dental & Dr Charlene by a good friend of my partner, a good friend in deed. Since my first visit, I can't stop raving about Charlene and her team. I've always hated the idea of going to the dentist (or 'the murder house' as I remember it from school) so for years I've kept putting off getting my teeth looked at. Well that's changed so much now, that I actually look forward to each appointment. Charlene and her team are such nice people. Charlene herself takes an interest in each of her patients and makes the whole experience so informative and stress free. So much so that I've now had most of my family attend or make appointments. Dr Charlene and her team come highly recommended from me.

From receptionist ( sorry i don't remember your name , but a guy) to anthony, was a welcoming efficient experience. Nicely decorated place. To top it off a brilliant job fixing my tooth..

   Pam and myself already go to Tony and Charlene and have total trust in their advice and the work they do. I want to give some great feedback about Andy. I have never been a fan of hygienists but Andy has turned me around. He did a great job of cleaning and has sorted my gums out - this morning they haven't bled at all after flossing. Best of all he didn't harp on and on about oral hygiene, he just got stuck in. Thanks Andy.
