I came here based on the good reviews, but my experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I brought my car in to fix a rear left wheel bearing, which was quoted at approximately $400. I made it very clear: only fix the bearing, and if anything else was found—especially in the suspension—they should call me first with a quote before doing anything. They never called. Instead, on Monday I was told the car was ready and handed a bill for $850. They claimed they had fixed two things that were making noise—without my consent or approval. That’s completely unacceptable. Worse still, the steering wheel now pulls to the side they supposedly worked on, and the original noise in the suspension is still there. In other words, they charged me for work I didn’t authorize, and the problem wasn’t even fixed. This feels like a clear case of dishonesty and lack of professionalism. I strongly warn others: be very careful with this place. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them and I will never go back

Good time management and service I used MyAutoShop to book in the closest n fairest prices for Mechanics to do a basic service and they sent me to this place West Point. The Mechanic guy Niu ? I dealt with he was was a respectful happy chap, gave me a time when it will be ready and was right on the time as he said… Although he seemed pretty busy today but stuck to his word. He also gave me a heads up that my front brake pads a really low and I will definitely book in with them another time. MyAutoshop online portal is soo good to use aswell they show what days n time are available for your nearest mechanic to chose from and confirm on the spot. Thank you West Point Motors I will definitely be coming back to fix my cars there.
I was broken down and stranded in Auckland. I'm someone that is from out of town. These guys helped me when I needed it and even let me borrow their car to head back home. The cost for repair was really good and they were very accurate on the quote estimate. There is very few honest mechanics you can go to like this. The staff are super friendly and the business is very trustworthy. Would definitely go again.
