Kaar Avondale were excellent when our car's wipers stopped working! They explained everything (no surprises), and also uncovered another issue with our car (which was making a noise for a while now), and we appreciated this. They fixed our car promptly - our wipers now work like a dream, and their pricing was extremely reasonable & we can't recommend them enough! It was our first time using Kaar Avondale, we will now be going to them for all of our car servicing/repairs going forward. Kaar Avondale serviced my car and did my WOF before a road trip to Queenstown, they were great to deal with easy going, quick and efficient. Blair was super helpful making me feel comfortable that everything had been double checked before the long drive. Highly recommend using these guys.

Fantastic service from the start. As an absolute novice dealing with car repairs I felt really confident booking in with the friendly and knowledgeable team from the first phone call. The business itself is immaculate and very busy so you know they have an excellent reputation in the community. I came from quite far out of Avondale and they had a fleet of complimentary loan cars so I wasn't stuck sat there stating at the walls. The fiddly Jeep repair I needed couldn't be done but I still left feeling good - I was given amazing advice for another local business with whom I have booked. Love a local supporting local, if I was a local this would be my mechanic 100%. Can't recommend more.
Dropped my BMW off at 7am with multiple dashboard warning lights. By 1.40pm they had replaced neccessary parts and it was ready for pick up. Incredibly efficient with great communication.
KAAR in Avondale sorted out the rear lights on my car quickly - diagnostic happened within a week, parts ordered over the weekend and then the technician installed everything the following week. They even fixed a little issue with the front bumper at the same time. Great timely service and good communication throughout!
I had a good experience this morning. The extra work needed was quick and affordable. Thank you Blair and Kelvin and KAAR for the excellent customer service and efficiency.
