    Went in for a WoF & diagnosis, and though they couldn't diagnose the issue, they made an adjustment which appeared to solve it in the interim. Wasn't charged for the adjustment because they couldn't diagnose the issue, but their adjustment created a bigger one on my way home. When called back, they refused to change it back or acknowledge they had made any changes at all (despite them telling me exactly what they had done while I was there). Pretty disappointed as this has created a far bigger headache with no accountability

    This garage is a joke. I wanted to get a wof on my hiace with a high roof. Called them and told them about it, on the next day they told me it wouldn’t be possible as the roof of the garage is to low. The van would‘ve fit under there easily. Not even looked at me while I was talking to him. Extremely disrespectful.

Got to view my car from underneath when it went up on hoist. Torch used to spotlight areas for me. Furthermore, he explained importance of addressing rust there (before it got any worse). I'm well-educated and have been in occupations requiring automotive mechanical knowledge at a tertiary level. I sincerely appreciated this courtesy.
