   Not a great experience at all, wanted to get a pair of shoes that was not in-store bought in got told it would take a week. Seems so long because the other store was New Lynn not Invercargil, but "it's the freight company the head office choose to use". I'm in retail and we use nzc can get stuff all over the north island in 1-2 days. Week past no call back I tried to ring the store using the phone number off Google 3 times no answer. Tried the phone number they called me on, no answer.

   Came here looking for new sneakers with my son and was disappointed. When I came in it was only me and one other man looking, and only one staff member. The staff member asked the other shopper if he could help him with anything and he said no. Not once was I asked if I needed help. I approached the person at the counter, who did not say hello to me or anything for that matter, and when I asked if he could find a smaller size of this sneaker, he reluctantly went out the back to look. I asked him again later to go one size down and, looking slightly annoyed, he went out the back. The shoes felt ok, so I bought them. I did not receive a smile or thanks or anything, even though my purchase would've made his commission. When I got home, the shoes all of a sudden didn't feel as comfortable, and although that's completely my fault for not triple checking the size, I feel if the man at the counter wasn't so grumpy I would've felt comfortable going back for a third time and asking for a size down. Considering taking them back, I looked at my receipt and almost fell to my knees. The cashiers name was Herbert. HERBERT. It all made sense. I began to feel bad but then thought about it. Just because you were named Herbert does not mean you have to deflect your bad mood onto others? It's a shame because my other visits here have been fine until now. Shame on you Herb.

   I was disappointed that I had rang Westcity footlocker at least 3 times(and no answer approx 1.45pm) to enquire about something to save me a 15min drive to find out that the product wasn't available. That was fine,but the store wasn't busy when I got there,so why then did no one answer when I rang? Could've saved me time and energy...but because of the lack of professionalism looks like Rebel sport WON'T be taking my money.
