   Well priced items of good quality. I don't have an issue with the brand so much as the branch. The Sylvia Park branch sold me a pair of pants and called the Henderson branch to put another pair aside for me. I was told that the buy one get one half price deal would be honored. The lady at Henderson told me no after calling her manager. I returned the original pants from Sylvia Park when they didn't honor the deal. I have now begrudgingly ordered the exact same pants online so that their website honors the deal. The Henderson branch will probably have to pick, pack, and deliver the exact pants I returned and end up doing what was promised anyway... Knowing the hefty margin on clothing, the manager had to take a hit on a return instead of taking slim margins on free turnover. It's a nitpick for sure and I definitely sound like a Karen but West City is out of the way for me. I've worked in retail for years and other stores in clothing, tech, and homeware would have honored the deal.

   ♿ wheelchair accessible I always seem to find a shirt or top on their good discount promotions especially 40% . Good quality and finding my size is not a problem there. Good brands of jeans and denim Levi ,Lees etc.. I'm not good at finding right sizes so I purchase a gift card. Afterpay is accepted here which has always been good for me. Over all good experience

   Went instore yesterday for a specific request, all the older sales person wanted to show her 2 younger employees was how much more she knew than her customer. Speaking to them not me. Showed how much she did not know about the industry right now. Paid to only talk about Levis. Be careful speaking to customers with such condescension and disinterest. You don't know their background and make yourself look ignorant. Will not return and a normally regular customer.

   Just popped in to this store for a look around and the girl who worked there was literally leaning her whole body on the front desk and texting. I looked through a $20 jeans stand, grabbed 5 pairs and took them to the changing room to try on. At no point did she get off her phone to come and ask if I needed any assistance. When I finished, I put them all on a down, watched a few more people walking round the store unnatended while she STILL played on her phone and I walked out. No goodbye, nothing. Complete laziness, if I was the owner of this store having people treated this way when she's supposed to be a shop ASSISTANT I'd be furious.
