When we entered the shop she was yelling at the worker saying how she is the manager you would think she would have stopped when we walked in but no she carried on the young male was so lovely he was being professional when he was serving us he was stuck on one of our questions so he asked his manager for guidance and she yelled at him saying YOU NEED TO FIGURE IT OUT 4 YOURSELF and he finally got the information out of her then he asked if we can come over and do the paper work , i told my shopping isnt done because im looking for some couches as well. When we were sitting and testing the lounge suite she continued verbally putting him down and how he should be listening to her now knowing we were spending over $2000.00 at the store she flogged him off and said she would do the deal because he is just a part time worker for the weekends and he doesn't know much of anything then she went straight back and started to put him down by then my partner and i just had enough we stood up and as were leaving the store we said we aint going to buy anything we have changed our mind because of the way you have been treating your staff we are disgusted. Then the manager started yelling at me and my partner to get out of her shop knowing she is in the wrong the boy is so scared of loosing his job he wouldn't give us his name so we can report it she followed us out took our license number and called the police so we are sitting in our car waiting for the police to turn up its been 20 minutes and we can still hear her screaming at that boy who also have a black eye. I was really hoping that someone reading this review can offer this young boy a job.
Was spoken to rudely and kicked out off the shop because I answered my phone was told that behaviour is not tolerated . For that I missed out on looking at couches and she missed out on a customer. I wasnβt angry I was polite I was looking at couches while speaking to work on the phone nicely not happy donβt go here . The lady at the counter is rude I will make a complaint ..
Great customer service here and really good quality products. Couches are all made in NZ. Delivery kept their word on the timing and we're very proffesional.
Popped in to have a look at couches, friendly sales representative, I believe Tim was his name. Decent selection of furniture and decent prices. Walked out with a couch purchase made and a happy partner. Worth a look.
Welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. A good selection of 2 and 3 seaters and similar pieces, along with some very nice end tables and side tables. The ability exists to choose from a wide variety of covers, both in terms of texture, colour, and durability. Good warranties and the frames are Kiwi-made. My go-to furniture store I felt very comfortable here - literally and figuratively!
Lovely staff member was very helpful and supportive. I brought beautiful dining set which she(staff) helped lift to my car. Thank you so much. Kind regards
We dropped by at this shop today to actually buy a sofa and was gutted with the service we had from the lady staff. Very unaccommodating and rude as my wife asking about the sofa we've wanted but she turned to the other customer who just arrived. She shouldnt be working in a retail shop. What a total let down to a shop that has a competetive price around Auckland.would never even dare check this shop again. Disappointed potential customer here.
