   This was our first experience playing arcade games and we walked away disappointed. The duck game had a broken water gun, so it did not work or give players a fair chance of actually getting/winning tickets. Average cost was $2.20 per game, but the time was to short for what you pay - you don't get value for money. There isn't a lot of information on what the aim of some of these games are before attempting them. And the website has minimal details about what you can experience, the process and general things like that. Money could be spent on better entertainment than this.

   I want to thank the person who manages and cleans the Play Arcade at West City. We accidentally left our bag with our wallets and important valuables. When we realized and went back to search, he returned everything to us, safe and untouched. We tried to offer him a reward, but he kindly refused, showing incredible honesty and kindness. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask his name, but he’s a young man with curly hair. To whoever manages him, you have an amazing employee! Please recognize and reward this young man for his exceptional character and dedication. We are so grateful for his honesty and for going above and beyond. Thank you so much— we owe you !!!

   there were issues with the money slots for majority of the games there which got kinda irritating, but your workers, fabian and raps, were so helpful and so patient, it got to a point where I felt so bad for having to continuously call for their assistance, but they were so lovely. overall the arcade is great, but the money slots weren't.

   Took the kids there at 8pm on a Friday, kids were excited to play but for whatever reason the staff had turned all the machines off and the few that were still on staff hovered around waiting for kids to move so they could continue shutting down. Weird.

   I have taken my children here after the movies or before and they enjoy playing the games. There are newer games in here since i was last in here.collect tickets to win prizes when you play some games. Update 2022 November Still great variety of games to play and new ones appearing.

   My friend and I would go there every week, sometimes twice a week just to use the dance dance revolution supernova two machine. We'd end up spending over 20 dollars everytime on this machine. And now it's gone. One say went to movies and it just wasn't there. I wanted to cry. So many memories. Just over a year we'd been using that machine. Anyway now the rest of arcade is dead to me.
