Dear [Management/Store Manager], I would like to bring to your attention some concerns about how this branch has been managed recently. When Mike was the manager, the branch was run very well and the customer service was excellent. Since Harsh has taken over, however, the service has noticeably declined. Customers are not being attended to properly — phone calls often go unanswered, and the level of customer service has become very poor. Because of this, many loyal customers, including myself, have started taking our business to other places like Napa, BNT, and Repco. I hope you take this feedback seriously and look into improving the management and customer service at this branch. Thank you for your time and understanding
