Absolutely disgusted! Had our rear brake pads replaced on our car last year.. ever since we have had rattling from the pads while driving. The wheel nuts wernt even done up properly when we collected the car. We have just been advised that the wrong brake pads were put on vehicle, hence the rattling!!!! Would like this corrected as this isn't good enough! We paid good money for this service!!!!

I have had two vehicles worked on by Marwan the mechanic who readily gave the best sound advice and recommendations. One of my vehicles due to my own laziness was deregistered so SA enabled to bring it back to WOF standard through compliance to receive new plates and rego. They were also accommodating in supplying a replacement vehicle while mine was being serviced. Very grateful for their service. Will be in touch for any other vehicle services I may need in future. My cars are in great shape now. Thanks Wes and Marwan.

Charged me $110 on their invoice for “reconditioning clutch slave cylinder” as part of an engine swap. After months of sitting in the panel beaters it leaked fluid and the clutch failed. I then had to get it legitimately reconditioned by a bonafide clutch brake specialist. I rang and asked Wes for a $110 refund and he argued fiercely and refused. He’s not a mechanic so he doesn’t understand fully about mechanical issues and said he used the wrong terminology on the invoice. Cleaning is not reconditioning! This dishonest practice and inept mechanical knowledge in my view would make it hard to trust or certainly recommend him. Sad because his mechanic is great. Rang the MTA association but Sunnnyvale is not a member…go figure. To be fair and balanced tho..Wes did help my son to get home when he broke down and the engine swap work by the mechanic was great. It’s just the $110 charge for a clutch slave cyl recondition (as stated on the inv) that clearly was not done, that spoilt the whole job and resulted in a mechanical breakdown. I emailed pics, left many messages and finally rang and got hold of Wes to try to resolve it but was refused outright. The total job (engine swap and WOF work) was over $3k so not insignificant.

Tried as local, repair on partners car. Car came back in worse condition that taken in, car came back dangerous to drive. Would not recommend, as mistake made on his part and he was not wanting to take responsibility. Look for another garage to fix your car if you are reading this review, save yourself the hassle.

WARNING , The worst and most unprofessional shop ive ever delt with. Had a engine replacement done. Broke things whilst working on car. Reversed into my car with another in front of me. Got car back with scratches and dents covered in mud. Money missing from car. Unfilled fluids. Lost my keys and replaced with one that doesnt work. Try to cut costs whereever they can. Didnt know what they were doing. Do not reccomend. Be wary.

I have left my car for rear bumper painting and panel work along with another panel for repainting. They managed to cover the hole in the bumper but the painting is below poor standard, I couldn’t notice the faults immediately as I’m not an expert . I had it done on June 2021 then waited till December to see how it appears to be and it turned out to be extremely disappointing due to the poor quality of work.
