After needing last minute repairs right before Xmas we tried calling everyone. Nasir and the team were amazing and got it fixed so quickly and went above and beyond! I think we’ve found our new mechanics after that amazing service!
I'm just glad the business finally followed the consumer act, but I had to do some explaining since they originally messed up by changing the wrong side part—probably didn’t even need to be replaced in the first place. Luckily, I keep a record of all the receipts and docs in case I needed to prove they screwed up. Anyway, I'm happy they finally fixed the right side for free this time because of the consumer act. But honestly, I’m never taking my car back there or recommending this place to anyone. Parts and services are way overpriced, and customer service is terrible.
Big thanks to Railside Auto Centre in Henderson for the great service! The team was professional, the work was high quality, and the pricing was very reasonable. I really appreciated the extra touch, cleaning my wheels and giving a free tire shine. They also gave helpful recommendations for my next servicing, which makes it easier to prepare and stay on top of things. Highly recommended!
Very Disappointing Service Extremely poor customer service from this team. I booked a car service for today based on the price they promised & they said pay directly instead of using the voucher but when my brother arrived, they claimed that the deal company had gone bankrupt and you have to pay more. If the company had gone bankrupt, they should have informed customers beforehand instead of wasting our time. To make things worse, they tried to increase the price and showed no regard for our time, even hanging up the phone when I questioned them. Very unprofessional and dishonest. I do not recommend this type of car mechanic who fails to keep their word and changes prices just to make more money.
An Italian on the road looking for a mechanic for a quick help on a Saturday at noon... not easy! Nasir was helpful, nice, genuine and he made it as a gesture of kindness. Should I live here he would be for sure MY mechanic. Thank you!!!!
Nasa has been my mechanic for over 13 years, and I have followed him everywhere where he has owned a shop. Great guy, great service, very reasonable pricing, with a can do approach. Highly recommend.
I will rate this below 1 star if there is., they are a fraud, grab one price is just to attract customer they are to charge you more once they service your car so you end up paying more than what other service provider do plus if you ask them for a WOF expect they gonna say failed because of this and that thinking you are the dumbest person on earth. When you ask them how much is to repair, that is when they see big bucks coming in and when you ask why do you need that to be repaired they will say we need revenue and every price are now going up and you have to blame the government, so you know they are scamming you face to face. Word of advise don't ever get near them, they are after your money and not the service you are wanting.
Got my porsche fixed here. Went in with water leak. Staff were extremely professional and freindly. Been through up n down to workshops to fix it but Railside service and experise were awesome. Got my car ready in a day. Thanks for great job guys. A++++
$49 GrabOne deal is a fraud. We called the garage to book a slot and asked about this deal. The guy on phone said they would charge $65 for our car without needing of the voucher, which is acceptable considering it’s a fairly old car. We found out on the day that it’s $65 surcharge on top of the $49 voucher making it a total of $114 with no clear reason. Luckily we didn’t buy the voucher beforehand. We decided to do the service with another garage.
We bought the $49 coupon (for car service), and we were very happy with the service that our car received. Also appreciated the fact that they have a waiting room for customers. We will definitely go back there for our next car service. Highly recommend. PS: If you're going to use the $49 coupon, then take time to read the fine details. It clearly states what specific services they provide with the coupon, and it also clearly states that you may need to pay extra, depending on what your car needs to pass the service check. There is no hidden costs or charges. Everything is explained clearly under the coupon details, which we really appreciate. Thank you.
