   I had a wonderful experience in store today at the Kids Dept. I had my eye on a Silver Cross pram and not only were they extremely knowledgable they were also very patient and friendly! The pram itself is of excellent and sturdy quality. I would happily shop here again and will sing their praises to anyone in the market for quality baby gear. An awesome family run business. 10/10

   I’ve been into the store multiple times as I’m so indecisive and need to be sure before making big purchases. The whole team has been so patient and helpful, always treating me like a valued customer before I’ve even purchased anything. I’ve been so impressed by their communication both in person and via email, as well as their knowledge of their products and no pressure attitude towards shopping. This family owned business doesn’t try to sell you things you don’t need, they take the time to learn about your situation and give you the information to make decisions that suit your lifestyle.    The Kids Dept is awesome. They’re so personable, really approachable when it comes to talking to you about their products without being pushy. We bought the Franklin cot and dresser set and when a part was missing in it Dave responded so quickly on a Sunday and dropped it off. They went above and beyond what I would expect for service. The quality of the set was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

   These guys are truly amazing! Great service, Great Products! This is the last store that my wife and I went to for all the baby furniture and products and they were the best at everything when compared to other baby stores. Dave and his lovely wife are always friendly and helpful! Laura has been great at emails and other communication! This was the reason we decided to go with the Kids Dept for all our baby things! Family run business, which is why they treat all customers like their own family. Highly recommend these guys!

   Amazing service and beautiful quality of all their products. This is the first store that my husband and I have been to where the owners have been so incredibly helpful and so kind.    I love the shop. Traveled from Tauranga specifically to buy my nursery essentials from there. Owners were very patient, welcoming, and accommodating as we went over everything we purchased into details. They even stayed open longer for us to get everything sorted. As a retailer myself, I was very grateful for their service and will definitely return if the need arises

   absolutely undeniably worst shopping experience in my entire life. My daughter and i were followed around as if we were armed criminals in a jewelery store. No greeting from the sole sales attendant and just the rudest possible body language the entire time. My niece just gave birth and she appreciates nice things but apparently we can't afford to shop here so we're treated like third class citizens. Honestly if this is the level of service and courtesy from a kids outlet shop god help our young parents out there.
