   Customer service is always good. Counter ladies are always nice and helpful. They were shutting down so everything was $20. Bummer I saw the ad late on TikTok cause most of the good stuff had already gone. But I did grab a few bargains.

   Staff are really friendly shame they can't match their online sales as most people like to try things on first to make sure it fits. Turns out you lose sales as it's in a mall and other shops have similar items that can be bought then and now. Maybe consider this change

   Went in on Friday was told to wait not once but twice, due to wanting to exchange an item purchased online. The woman with the condescending voice was disrespectful and rude. I seemed to be an inconvenience for her by just asking questions around the return process she was arrogant and rude. being a long time customer of city chic and having spent alot of money through city chic, due to this woman's rude and loud nature and speaking to customers the way she does, I will not be returning. If you don't want to work in a place where you should be talking nice to people and giving good service don't work there it's hard enough entering a place where you already feel uncomfortable and being an islander girl like myself you should absolutely know better.

   Visited this store last week and I have to say, the customer service was on point! There was a beautiful bubbly young woman that was working on her own at the time that I went in and she made my shopping experience there really worth it! She helped me and also gave me advice on outfits as I was looking for something to wear to a wedding and I'm not the one to dress up. In short, my dress sense is pretty much non existent. I also noticed that she greeted every single person that came in the store (myself and my partner included) and I heard her compliment so many people that came in. She really made my day and my trip out to that store. I would drive all the way from South Auckland just to this particular store if I am ever in need of an outfit again. I'm really gutted that I didn't ask her for her name! Keep up the great work though!
