   This is the worst store I've ever been to. The way the staff have treated me is unacceptable. Rewriting this review, because I believe the staff need to be shamed and everyone needs to be warned before buying from this store. I've bought one blouse from this store for job interviews. After that, I kept coming back to browse. Every time, I went to this Jacqui E store, I got terrible service from staff. The staff just kept glaring at me when I was browsing in the store, I was never greeted and I was made to feel unwelcome. The staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. One staff member told me not to wear perfumes before trying on blouses and accussed me of getting a massage beforehand. She said it was courtesy. Another staff member said that "employers don't want to hire young girls who waste time". The worst incident was with the store manager who started yelling at me in store for thinking my blazer was damaged. She couldn't help me what was wrong with my blazer. She then said to me in a rude manner "I don't understand why you keep coming here?" and she also said "you keep coming back here but you never buy anything". I was so angry at how I was treated and I still am. Till this day, I haven't gotten an apology from anyone in this store or from the customer service team at Jacqui E. I have the right to browse clothing whenever I want and I don't need to buy anything. The staff at Jacqui E Henderson are terrible and discriminatory. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. Honestly, shame on the Jacqui E Henderson team. I went here to browse workwear for my first corporate job after graduating and you made me feel bad. Other Jacqui E stores in Auckland have better customer service. SHAME ON YOURSELVES.

   Amazing Customer Service especially by Rosalina and Harwinder. I went to other stores of Jacqui E, but I never received such a great customer service. Both customer service is above and beyond, no words. Great quality and variety of clothes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND especially Jacqui E, Henderson Mall store. Thanks Prabhdeep Kaur (Juhi)
