I have been attending counselling with Trish and I cannot regard her more highly. Not only do I feel both heard and seen by her, but she provides such a safe place for me to unpack my traumas and help assist me in my healing journey.
Trish has been an incredible support to me through a heart breaking relationship break up. She has a very professional approach and I appreciated the way she wanted me to make sure we were a good fit before getting started with our sessions. She has listened, asked some really pertinent questions, helped me to focus on me, built my confidence back up, and given me some great tools to add to my tool box when faced with some really overwhelming emotions, feelings and experiences. I highly recommend Trish as a counsellor, mentor and life coach. Trish has a fantastic approach, she is kind, involved and active in her style in counselling. She is caring and makes sure you feel comfortable at all time. She has an active participation and gives tools, techniques and paths of reflections to allow you to achieve your goals, have a better understanding of yourself and situations you may have been through. Trish Mancer has to be the kindest councillor/therapist I have ever met with. She is both kind and intuitive. She always made sure I was comfortable and made every session feel personalised. I have probably had more than 20 counselling sessions with Trish, and I can highly recommend her. In my experience, her counselling skills are exceptional; she is compassionate and kind yet keeps the sessions firmly on track, highly intuitive and diplomatic, while being forthright with her guidance.
