   Let me tell you, finding a good appliance repair person can feel like searching for a unicorn. But folks, I found a real-life hero in Affordable Appliance Services Ltd! Seriously, this guy is the appliance whisperer. Geoff, the wizard behind the wrench, knew his trade better than I know how to parallel park (and that’s saying something!). Im a professional driver trainer. He is reliable, professional, and refreshingly honest – no shady business here. Plus, he saved me a pretty penny compared to other quotes, and the best part? No ridiculous call-out fees! It’s like he knew I was already stressed about my broken Fisher & Paykel and didn't want to add insult to injury. His customer service was absolutely amazing, and Geoff fixed my appliance faster than I can say "spin cycle." I'd use them again in a heartbeat – my appliances (and my wallet) are eternally grateful! Zero complain and instead calmly worked with us to reschedule the installation promptly. Geoff's professional attitude and willingness to accommodate the mistake were truly commendable. He scheduled the installation efficiently and completed the work with everything running smoothly. We couldn't be happier with the outcome.    I would highly recommend Affordable Appliance Services to anyone who needs an appliance repaired or is looking for a good value replacement. Our old washing machine broke and after a phone call with Geoff it was clear it would be cheaper to replace the machine than to repair it. I ended up ordering a new machine from Geoff who delivered, installed and removed the old machine all in a timely fashion and hassle free! It was great dealing directly with the owner of a small business who is clearly an expert in their field. Geoff was reliable, super friendly and I could trust I was being taken care of, would highly recommend - all for great value as well!

   Great dealing directly with the owner of the Business Geoff, Great communication, fixed my dishwasher, My washing machine wasn’t worth fixing, I bought a brand new one from Geoff with a 2 year warranty, Geoff installed it and removed the old washing machine hassle free. While he was here I asked if he could fix my oven door that wasn’t closing properly, he fix it straight away all the work he did was Value for Money .Everything was done in a good timeframe .Highly recommend Affordable Appliances Service.

   Dishwasher part replacement for us. He responded promptly to the initial contact and answered questions. He clearly explained his pricing model and said he could complete the work. He contacted me the day before to confirm when he was coming and to check it was ok. He arrived when he said he would. He clearly explained his diagnosis and replaced the part quickly. I paid eftpos while he was here. Very convenient for us both. However unfortunately the checks werent thorough enough to notice that the repair done was pointless and the machine was replaced later anyway.
