   Once again faultless service from Norwest Appliance Repairs! Matt turned up exactly on time, sorted our oven issue in 12 minutes, used his mobile eftpos to take payment and we were all sorted.    Awesome Service!! No wonder Norwest have a 4.9 rating, they certainly deserve it. Booked with the friendly and efficient Rebecca, Wolf and Tee turned up on time to fix our oven, used cloths to protect our floor and sorted the replacement element. Half an hour it was all done. Wolf explained the breakdown on costs and payment by mobile was seamless and fast. Email receipt arrived instantly. I would give them 6 stars if it was possible. Well done the Norwest team. Very impressed Phil

   Great service. The initial diagnosis from the first technician was wrong and they sent a senior technician to review the situation at no additional cost. The oven and hob was thoroughly checked and serviced and works perfectly. You judge a company by how quickly and willingly they fix a mistake. These people really value their reputation and deserve to have a great reputation. Throw friendly in to the mix as well.

   Rebecca was so helpful and knowledgeable with an issue with my washing machine She came up with an inexpensive simple solution The customer service team for the machine and the appliance store didn't have a clue All they came up with was a service visit!!!! Obviously they had not used a washing machine in their lives!! I am so grateful to find Rebecca She truly is a gem I will reccomend her and your firm to all my friends.    I have used Norwest Appliances a couple of times for issues with my fridge and washing machine. Mike was absolutely fabulously to deal with, and he helped me solve the washing machine issue that was hard to detect. With his perseverance and me sending him videos with what was happening he was able to work out the issue. I'm not sure how many other repairers would have taken the time to answer my questions over a handful of weeks. I will always be grateful. Norwest Appliance will forever be my "go to" repairer for any future household appliance repairs.

   Our fridge/freezer decided to keep tripping the power circuit. Had to happen early evening of course. Called Norwest and left a brief message of fridge type and fault description and shortly after received a text back and the outcome the following morning, all fixed after replacing faulty parts. Tech arrived on time, very professional, courteous and efficient. Cost was as stated the evening before. Can't recommend more highly. Clinton

   I had a problem with my oven and I contacted Norwest Appliances. My phone call was promptly answered by Rebecca, who efficiently and politely eased my situation by informing me that an employee, August, would phone me presently, which he did informing me of his time of arrival. August arrived at stated time, and was courteous, very professional and competent and repaired the oven expertly. My first experience of dealing with Norwest Appliabces will not be my last!    Awesome service from the Northwest Appliance Team. The customer service provided by the office team was really on point from the time of the appointment booking to keeping me in loop until the technician arrival. Mike who was the technician arrived on time, investigate the issue with my dryer, replaced the faulty part and performed the required testing. All done and dusted within an hour. I’m very happy to say that Mike has provided life to my 20-year old dryer which is now working as good as a brand new one and saving me tons of money from having to purchase a new one. Overall I’m a very happy customer. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for appliance repair services.
