   If there is one person who deserves to be called the Mortgage Hero, it is Vins. He helped me with a request that every other mortgage advisor had already declined. My case was complicated and I honestly had zero hope. When I spoke to him, he simply said he has been in this profession for more than 10 years and has processed around ten thousand applications. Out of all those, only two or three were declined because the clients were not truthful. He told me that as long as I am transparent, he will do his best. And he did. Not only did my application get approved, he also arranged a lawyer for me during the last week of December, right before Christmas, when no one else was available. Who does that? Why would I not call him the Mortgage Hero? Top class. Extremely honest. Extremely professional. And I love the systems and automation he uses on his website to manage everything so smoothly. Loved dealing with him. Vins and his team are the best.

   Vins from The Mortgage Hero is an absolutely amazing and highly experienced mortgage broker and moreover such an genuine and honest human. I have worked with another mortgage broker in the past, but Vins’ personal touch and genuine desire to help his clients purchase their home or investment property really sets him apart from all other brokers in Auckland. In our very first meeting Vins spent almost an hour explaining my financial situation to me, and how I can improve the likelihood of getting a loan approved. He explained everything in such a simplistic and easy to understand manner and I left this meeting with a clear sense of direction and set of objectives. Throughout the whole process, Vins was absolutely phenomenal to work with and he managed to get me approvals from 3 different banks and each approval was for an amount greater than he initially promised! Vins even managed to get me a loan topup and a higher cashback rate than the standard market rate.
