We got a text saying if we want to receive out parcel we need to pay some sort of fees. People sent us something they already paid for sending fees, and it is unbelievable that we need to pay again to receive our parcel. They said it is the custom fault taking too long to process that it took more than 3 days, and that it is because of them that we need to pay for the extra duty fees!!! It is unbelievable, I will never sent or order stuff to be sent by DHL ever again
