    I have come here a few times, and weather it's completely empty or has a couple people, I am always ignored. There are constantly 1-3 guys glued behind the counter chatting, and don't acknowledge anybody's existence. More than once I have gone in with a maybe Polynesian young guy behind the counter, head down on his phone the entire time, pretty embarrassing look.

    Shopped in the store for half an hour and whilst I was there the two male staff members stayed behind the counter and chatted. This Amazon surf store was the messiest store I’ve visited. Poor presentation for sure. Makes it hard for the shopper to find anything. Will go elsewhere for sure.

    They are very friendly and helpful but could possibly do with a bit of re-structuring as i had a shirt transferred because i needed a different size to what i purchased online. A few days later i received an email to say the shirt had arrived so i called up confirming it was there and to make sure it was alright if i could have it set aside for a few days as i couldn't get down there right away. When i arrived to exchange the staff couldn't find it and no one else who worked there seemed to know what happened to it??
