If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with Total Property, specifically the property manager, Helen Moriaty, was nothing short of a nightmare. She was hands-down the worst property manager I have ever had. Her organisation and communication was abysmal. Even worse, she failed to uphold her end of the contract. Agreed-upon terms were twisted, and any effort to hold her accountable was met with resistance and blame-shifting. She made every step of the process of the move-out unnecessarily difficult, slow, and frustrating. Save yourself the stress, the lost time, and the endless headaches - do not do use this company.
