   We normally get our scans elsewhere but due to availability, had to come here. We came here for our growth scan (which will probably be our last scan of baby) and had a trainee take our scan, with the senior coming in for a brief minute towards the end. We were so excited to see our little one, and couldn’t help but feel disappointed after this scan. There was very little commentary, we barely got to see any bit of baby that we could understand (all extremely brief pauses on face/heart beat etc) maybe we’re just used to better service or having someone who actually reassures us with seeing baby. Definitely won’t come here again.

   The lovely Fijian/Indian Sonographer at Horizon Henderson was exceptionally professional, made me feel at ease and comfortable. He explained things to be in a way I understood without using too many medical jargon words. The guy knows his stuff, apologies I did not catch his name! Highly recommend booking with him. I had an inflamed gall bladder and multiple gall stones.

   This clinic gets a 0 star from us but unfortunately I have to rate it atleast 1 star to write a review. As many have mentioned in their reviews for this place, me and my wife went in for a pregnancy scan at 24 weeks and we also got a trainee sonographer. She basically just kept scanning for 30 mins without explaining what she’s doing or what she’s looking for. The scan was basically to tell us how the baby Is doing and if it’s growing normally. This scan was ordered by the hospital. She just kept scanning and looking but it seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Towards the end her supervisor came in for literally 3 mins and was busy telling her off for not taking a proper scan and photos but did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation and inform us of the main reason which is how the baby is doing. She also asked my wife about 3 times if this was our first baby so to me it also seems that the supervisor was incompetent and not paying attention to her patients. We came out very disappointed and have reported this experience back to the hospital as this was the worst experience and we have had more scans before as this is our second baby so we know what we should expect from the radiologist when we go in for a scan. Please absolutely avoid this location and horizon in general. The receptionist also wasn’t very helpful and rudely told me off to wait as she is attending other customers which I could obviously see all I was doing was waiting behind the people being served to ask her when the scans will be sent to the hospital. It’s absolutely unprofessional and unethical medical clinic.

   I had a very pleasant experience at this scanning center(37th week of pregnancy scanning). The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the waiting time was minimal.The results were provided on time and in detail, with good guidance for the next steps. I truly appreciate their care and efficiency highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable scanning services.

   My ultrasound was performed by a trainee and it went fine, she made us feel very comfortable and welcomed in the appointment. The supervisor did have to come in at the end to do one part but that’s okay because otherwise how will newer technicians learn the trickier parts of the job. Waiting room was a bit hot and my appointment was running about twenty minutes late so a bit uncomfortable when pregnant. Other than that, good parking, welcoming receptionist and clean, tidy facility Thanks again

   Very hard to make an appointment. They don’t “open their dairy” to allow bookings in advance so I had to call several times and was told to call back closer to the date. The receptionist was rude and said not even she could advise when bookings were available. Disappointing to have such unfriendly service. There are significant wait times on the phone to make a booking and despite multiple form requests for a booking I still have not received an email response or call back. The service and booking process does the business a disservice.

   I came this morning with my wife. Receptionist was polite and helpful. We were early and were able to be seen early. The radiologist was Chrisna and she asked us if her being a trainee was ok. Yes. Very efficient and thoughtful with my wife and me. Very happy, thank you. Happy New Year.

   Such a bad experience. Booked through a generic number explained the origin and date of my referral and forwarded my notes. The appointment was canceled on the day of the appointment. the lady who booked me in did not put her name on the notes but should have explained the referral was no good they said. Spent time running around getting a new referral, rebooked for a week later at Henderson., sent a new referral drove from Northshore to Henderson for an appointment only to be told they couldn’t do my type of injection even though I had previously forwarded all notes for the injection “Oh, the girls don’t read the notes” I was told” Wasted 10 hours running around, constantly on phone and attending appointments. Inconsiderate and Total lack of communication at this company

   I wish I could give zero stars to this place. I went there for my growth scan because my regular radiology (Eastmed) would not give me an appointment in level 3 lockdown (unless I had a referral) . I was scanned by a student first who didn't seem to know what she was looking at on the screen. She made me turn on my side and back twice and still couldn't figure out how to measure baby's stomach. After a while she told me to stand up and move around to "wake the baby up", left the room and returned with another lady. The other lady scanned me again and now they were both staring at baby's heart trying to figure something out. When I asked them what they were looking at and if everything was okay, they told me that they would ask my midwife to refer me to the hospital to get scanned and get baby's heart checked. When I asked again what needed to be checked they said "the hospital people would know better what they were talking about" and "we just want to be extra cautious". It freaked me out and gave me so much anxiety!! When my midwife checked the reports, everything was normal in the reports and she couldn't see any reason for them to say those things. Worst experience ever!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.Also, they charged $25 extra for 2 snippets, 2 images sent to me by link and 2 small unclear photos given to me.

   The radiology do not allow you to take any photos or videos of your scan and you have to pay extra for photos. The staff is mostly news.
