Lawyers were contacted in July, we have in writing that they could get works required done by September 10th. We were reassured (again, in writing in August) the work would be done. They then have pulled out on the 9th of September, one day before due date, advising to find alternative representation. Clearly very unprofessional.
You can easily tell that Fiona and her team at the Law Firm are incredibly busy, but their efficiency and dedication shine through. Despite their packed schedules, they manage their office seamlessly, ensuring every client gets the attention they need. While some may find them hard to reach, I found their responsiveness impressive. Even with a non-urgent request for an after-hours notary public service, they promptly booked me in and kept wait times short. Their smart approach to cases is evident, and I highly recommend them for anyone in need of legal assistance.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Jenny Gill is our lawyer and she's the best around. So informative, helpful, friendly, and knows the ins and outs of property law like the back of her hand. She's gone above and beyond for us. No question too silly or small. Quick to respond. Would recommend to anyone!
Have had to call them after no contact for 3 weeks. After saying so, Fiona Mathieson tried shifting blame on me that itβs unlike her so I must be mistaken and confused them with another even tho shes the only lawyer Iβve talked to, so unnecessary and unprofessional. She then impatiently asked me all the same questions all while not listening properly and talking over me, asked me to send her documentation that is personal and after saying I wouldnβt she seemed bothered asking me what do I want. Obviously Im looking for a lawyer and Iβm not going to make an expensive blind purchase by sending you everything, I need answers to my questions too. Not a good experience not a place Iβd recommend
