    Dodgy as. My electric window on the passenger side wasn't going down. The mechanic said 100% i can fix it. When I picked my car up the mechanic said the window can go down now but only from the main panel on the drivers side. I refused to pay the full amount so he charged me half. A few weeks later my main panel start smoking. I took it to another mechanic and he said due to the bad job West Autotech did earlier my whole panel is now burnt out. Rubbish workmanship from West Autotech. Don't go there.

    Originally, I gave this business a 5 star review as they did a good job replacing my brake pads. My car was making a noise so I took it to them and was told the alternator belt needed replacement. They replaced the belt and then told me it was actually the water pump, charged $280 for the belt replacement. I asked them for a price for the water pump and was told they would get back to me. Didn't hear from them and now it seems they have blocked my number. They should have properly diagnosed the issue before replacing the belt. I'll go to a different mechanic
