Please be aware of this service. My partner asked for her jeans to be hemmed with the original. The owner made a mistake and threw away the original hem. After politely asking for a refund, the owner refused. She then took the jeans and started unpicking the hem and refused to give the jeans back. A $250 brand new pair of jeans are now ruined.
