   Outstanding curmtomer service. I had an Outdoor Edge knife with a rubberized grip. The rubber had perished to the point it was becoming unusable. Contacted the team and after sending the knife to them, recieved a brand new replacement within 3 days. The best I'd hoped for was a new grip so this level of service, without questions or issues, was awesome. Thanks very much
