Negligent surgeon, was pressured into using a different method of stitches which ultimately ended in infection despite expressing my concerns that this would occur. No care, accountability or even basic empathy or solutions from surgeon even after complications which lasted months. Incredibly poor experience.
I had a growth on my lower eyelid that I was very concerned about. My GP referred me to these guy's. Fantastic the way I was dealt with from all the staff involved. And the result was simply perfect. No scaring & after 3 weeks you wouldn't know that there was a growth there. My sincere thanks to Dr Charlotte Blau & practice nurse Lucy Brustad. Highly recommended.
Mr Craig MacKinnon has improved my quality of life so much with the reconstruction he did 2 years ago. He genuinely cares and does an amazing job. Thankyou will never be enough!
Injured my thumb and wrist, ultra sound showed no issues with tendons or ligaments, nor scar tissue. Did show fluid on my wrist tendon ( was told a cortisone injection would fix this) they did not retrieve my ultra sound results prior to consultation and have diagnosed me as fine " just take panadol" not sure why I was sent to a plastic surgery anyway...... acc paid acc mentality, will be going through public health instead. Also just found out my radiologist missed a thumb fracture, so did the orthopedic hand surgeon.
Have had two moles removed from my face by Dr Usmar. The first mole was removed three years ago and she was highly professional. Follow up was excellent. The scar is almost nonexistent and she ensured the scar would sit within a smile line. The second mole I just had done and, again, she's ensured the very faint scar will sit in another smile line, so I'm a happy camper. What's more my experience was so positive the first time round that the anxiety I had about the local removal was quite minimal because I had such a positive experience the first time round. My doctor referred me to Dr Usmar and I am very satisfied with the professionalism, her skillfulness, and the results. Highly recommend

Over confident and careless surgeon. Made the procedure sound way too simpler than it was and ends up getting infected which they take no responsibility of. Zero follow up from surgeon after procedure and even after complications. Real facts and figures were not disclosed before procedure to make a sale. Highly commercial with little regard for clients. Save your money and time, go somewhere more professional and someone who would actually care
