Pathetic service. No communication whatsoever after a travel package is booked with them. They will leave you to wander around a airport to find your agency. Lost precious time during our Singapore trip last year but managed somehow. Thought of giving them a chance again this year and was assured good service. No response for weeks. Thanks for nothing. Will never use them again.
