First time booking to have my WOF and premium service done. Had the worst interaction with an older guy who proceeded to shout at me for parking at the entrance of the workshop while I was in the process of asking where to park(poor signage on a rainy day). This man was very aggressive while knocking on my side glas. When I asked him where the signage was he got more aggressive and started pointing his finger through my side front window.The first interaction counts when dealing with new customers and this one definitely made me leave immediately. I will not recommend this place to anyone until these people learn about customer service.
Ewart and Anna provide the best workmanship and professional service Ive experienced in 15 years in Auckland. With the work Ewart's done on my classic Alfa, its very satisfying to have someone with the expert knowledge and empathy required to keep it in fine fettle, we now have our company car serviced by the Parkway team also. Excellent service. Evert dropped what he was doing to replace a troublesome battery for me and fix a rear light. He was so helpful and willing to help. So lucky to have such a good service station so close to home. Nothing is ever too much trouble.
