My husband and his 3 groomsmen were very impressed with Jess's service and suit work. They had a very last minute call for getting their suits picked and tailored and Jess was able to find a good suit that worked with my husband's. We hired a suit for a family wedding which my partner was walking the bride down the aisle. We found the suit had lumps over the front from over drycleaning and the shoes were filthy and only fit for the rubbish. I doubt I would recommend this business to anyone. Very disappointing for our first time hiring a suit.
Everything from you BSH was perfect. The suits looked great, was easy to find what I wanted. They seemed like good quality (not that I'm well versed in suiting), and the colour was bang on what I needed. The shirt fit well, and the tie was great to top off the look. The service was really helpful, I was really just in and out but managed in that short time to get a suit fitting well, and we managed to get a suit sorted for another groomsman even though he wasn't in the same city. Really appreciate that BSH gave him an additional jacket to try free of charge, just in case. Also appreciate that they allowed for the suits to be returned a few days later than next business day, which was really helpful given I was out of town.
