Had a tattoo done recently by Arden …. Wow, what an experience. From start to finish, Arden was a reassuring voice. 5.5 hours on the chair for a novice was definitely an experience but … if you know what you want or you don’t know what you want, Arden is the person to work with. It’s a nice cosy studio, warm and welcoming. Chatter if you want it – both Arden and Lucas have a wicked sense of humour so there is the risk of laughing at the most inappropriate time. Being a pain pussy, had visions of a painful session, but was anything but. If you’re looking for a great tattoo artists, and I think artist is the key word, then you wont be disappointed working with Arden. Back in March 2025 for thigh #2.
Had my first time ever Tattoo done by Arden and am very very happy I chose him for the job ! The preparation, the info etc. given, was outstanding and also reassuring for someone getting their first. Arden is a true professional, artistic, knowledgeable and also patient young man !! If/when I would like a another tattoo, Illusion Tattoo is the place to be ! Thanks again Arden
Arden is super talented, skilled and an overall great guy to chat with. I asked him to complement an existing old dog tattoo with a new one, which can be hard when other tattooist work is involved. He captured it perfectly, and helped me find the best spot to tattoo it alongside my existing one. Couldn't have been happier with how he captured Sammy (the dog). He then fixed up an old finger tattoo - which I know a lot of artists won't touch - and made it like new again. Nothing but praise for this guy - can't wait to go back and get tattooed by him again.
Great place: clean and sterile; Art and designs are fantastic and fun. Kind and understanding staff — Arden is a great guy, helped me through my nerves since this was my first tattoo. I asked for a leaf stone (Pokémon) on the back of my arm and the green POPS! Colour is still wonderful now nearly a year later, Thank you again Arden! Highly recommend
