I have gotten 4 piercings from Abby in her studio at Calypso and I’m already planning more. Abby is so professional, caring, gentle and confident. I have had no issues with healing, and the jewellery is beautiful! So happy ✨
Abby was outstanding with my 14 year old daughter. We got her navel pierced and it has healed beautifully. Abby was kind, patient and helpful with all our questions and concerns. We will definitely be returning and recommending Abby to everyone. This lady is a true gem.
I got to come in about a week ago and get two new piercings done by Abby. She is genuinely the best. She creates such a safe and welcoming environment. I always feel very comfortable when she is doing my piercings and I wouldn’t trust anyone else to do them.
This was my second time at Calypso Tattoo and I was absolutely delighted with the service, professionalism and tattoo results.
Loved the vibe there, had Dusty do my tattoo she was super friendly and very fast, my tattoos came out amazing. Will definitely be back to get more ink
I had DMed Abbie to organise a time that I could come in to get a tattoo I wanted. She was keen and had suggested a time and I agreed. Prior to coming in I had organized childcare, paid for petrol to drive all the way in, paid for parking, walked to the tattoo parlor just for her to say she forgot to put me in her book (even though we had spoken the day before agreeing on a time) and she said that her boyfriend was on his way to pick her up so she wouldn’t be able to do the tattoo because my tattoo would take 3 hours to complete. She went on to add that she wasn’t really gonna come in on that day but she ‘just needed the money’. Super unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. She did offer to take $50 off the $340-540 tattoo for the inconvenience and because I was so understanding (stating she can be forgetful sometimes) for the next time I book in but that was just not good enough to be honest. A good tattooist would have sucked it up and done the tattoo because they were at fault. I was super nice about it but definitely a bad experience and hope she doesn’t do the same to someone else :) Cheers,
Had my first tattoo yesterday with Luke. Couldn't have asked for a better, comfortable expierence. He was super knowledgable about how to place my tattoo, how the colour would last 10 years for now etc. He was responsive to the changes I wanted to my design and was overall really friendly and accommodating. I've never left a review but I was blown away by the service :)
