   I had ordered a bouquet for $85 dollars for my friend’s birthday, specifically the ‘Cuteness’ arrangement. My dad had picked them up from the actual store as I was away and couldn’t pick them up myself, so I wasn’t able to see it in person. I was extremely disappointed when I got home and saw them, but arrived late so wasn’t able to do anything about it til the next day. I came in not looking for any trouble or fights and asked for a refund or even possibly an exchange but the lady working (who seemed to be the owner) since the start of the conversation was very stubborn and unwilling to compromise. She said that because it is fresh flowers, they can’t do a refund like they would a dress, which I would see as fair if the flowers I received didn’t look entirely different to the photo on the website. She then said its because flowers are seasonal and they won’t have some available which I also understand however she said that it is stated on the website which is wrong, the description of the flowers only had mentioned the colours of the flowers and no where in the description had it warned me it was seasonal. She also told me to look on website as their policy said no refunds or exchanges, which is is also wrong because the website says that apparently customer satisfaction is first, and that they’re willing to do a refund or exchange depending on the situation. She also told us not to shop there again, which I already wasn’t planning on doing but if you’re going to put customer satisfaction first in your website at least pretend to feel sorry about the product you sold. The flowers looked unprofessional and cheap and wasn’t worth the price. I’m sure they have better and prettier arrangements but if the customer service and quality of the flowers are the same as I experienced with the same price, I do not recommend going here. There are cheaper bouquets that look higher quality elsewhere.

   I highly recommend Nimmi at Black Rose Florist, she was absolutely amazing from the moment I made contact helping me with organising flowers for my wedding! She listened to what I wanted, was constantly suggesting options I hadn’t thought of, cheaper options etc. The flowers were 100% what I was after for my wedding, they were SO beautiful! She was very helpful with my mum who was picking up the flowers and arranging them, my mum also thought she was flawless and so helpful. I also have to add in, my husband has used Black Rose Florists in previous years on Valentine’s Day, one year there was an issue with the courier not delivering on the day and she was so helpful with him organising something new and refunding him. He’s continued to go back as he had received such great service. Thank you again Nimmi!

   Highly recommend Black Rose florist, they created the most stunning bridal bouquet for me, table centre pieces and button hole and I couldn’t be more in love! It was gorgeous, so pretty and had the exact colours I was looking for. They went above and beyond placing the centre piece florals into my milk bottles and helped to hold on my led lights with ribbon. 100% would recommend!

   Thank you so much for my order of Corsage and button hole flower ordered on same day Friday july 1, had forgotten to order my daughters stuff for ball that evening and I called in around 10am and was able to put something together for me at a good price too to pick up same day for ball!! Awesome service will def use you again for upcoming balls thank you so much! Corsage and button hole were absolutely beautiful!
