We use this company to clean our work premises in Nelson and it seems to be a constant disappointment. Between when Paris would visit our work, empty the bins then sit in her car for 40mins and then come back in to clock out then leave (all caught on camera) or Carlos who stands aimlessly on his phone when he thinks the office is empty because its quiet or how he continously uses our dish brush on his dirty mop buckets!!! There hasn't been any basic training of hygiene. Our lino floors look terrible, the clean they get is just a wet wipe. This Year Carlos has vacuumed my office twice yet my door is always open.. he kept leaving my bin without a liner until I demanded one. And the constant change of brand of chemicals/papers used without any consultation first? Not to mention their pricing...our local stationery shop offers the same goods for at least 30% less, some much more. When we do raise issues, were given empty apologies but not provided any solutions. Currently looking elsewhere.
